PERSONALISATION INFORMATION:
Please note that we require cleared payment before we can
start work on your item, and that it MAY take up to 3 days for your item to be
completed before we are able to lodge it with Australia Post (however
wherever/whenever possible we will do it faster than this).
Please place all details for personalisation in the
"Note To Seller" box on the PayPal Screen just prior to confirming
payment. If you accidentally miss that little box (easily done!) just place the
details for stamping in the body of an email with your order number and whizz
it off to us at ponyandpressed@gmail.com
We have stamps in the following fonts:
Typewriter [regular size]: upper and lower case, numerals
0-9, “&”
Arial [teeny size]: upper and lower case, numerals 0-9,
“&”
Cursive [teeny size]: lower case
In addition to these letters and numbers, we also have a
star outline, a heart outline, an arrow, a lightning bolt, and the following symbols: (*+?,.#@
If no specific font choice is specified, we will stamp
your piece in our typewriter font, or the font which will best fit your requested stamping.
We will stamp your items EXACTLY as you type them in the
message, so please, PLEASE be sure to check and then check again before sending
it off to us! You can have any word, phrase, number or combination thereof
stamped onto your items, you are limited only by the space on each item, as we
have noted in each item description.
Please understand that as all characters are stamped BY
HAND, there will be a slight variation in their alignment and spacing, and each
piece will not be completely identical [even if they are ordered with the same
words/numbers/letters]. There may also be other slight imperfections (such as
small scratches or scuffs) from the stamping process. This is intrinsic to the
nature of the pieces we create, and it is part of the charm of ordering an individual,
hand-stamped item. If you are after a perfect, machine-produced item,
pony&pressed may not be the shop for you [sadface].
If you would like to order a multiple number of the same
item and you don’t see the correct number of items in our store, please contact
us and we will see what we can do!
If you are purchasing a multiple number of the same item,
and would like a different name/number/phrase/whatever on each item, please
place each on a DIFFERENT line and clearly state what you would like on each
item! If there is any confusion we will contact you, we would rather have a bit
of back-and-forth-ing to ensure everything is JUST RIGHT, than provide you with
an incorrect product.
REMEMBER: Please be sure to THOROUGHLY check all details for
stamping.
LEAD TIME
As our items are customised, we need to ensure sufficient
time to create your item, as we are committed to providing the highest quality
product to our customers. We will start work on your item as soon as your
payment has cleared. We ship items on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday every week.
While we do attempt to get all work done as soon as
possible, there may be times when delays are inevitable. We will let you know
if there are any anticipated delays in shipping your item/s, and of course we
will also let you know once it is all packaged up and on its merry way! Please
let us know if yours is a rush order, and we will see what we can do to get it
out to you quickly.
PAYMENT
Full payment is due within 48 hours of your purchase. Due to
the customised nature of our products, until full payment for your item has
cleared, we will not start work on your item, so any delay in payment will
ultimately result in a delay in you receiving your goodies!
We only accept Paypal payments, however if you do not have a
Paypal account you are still able to pay through Paypal using your credit card.
If you are ordering over email, we are able to issue you with an invoice that
is payable with a credit card, or you can arrange a direct deposit into our
bank account (Australian customers only!).
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship all items via Australia Post. All orders within
Australia are posted via Registered Post (this requires a signature before
collection). International orders are posted via Australia Post International
Delivery Regular Service. If you would like your international order Express
Posted or Express Couriered for faster delivery, please contact us for a quote.
We do not offer this option as standard as the costs are significantly higher
for international express post.
We do not charge extra for additional items, so order as
much as you like and you won’t get slugged any extra on shipping!
Within Australia, delivery time is between 1-5 days
depending on destination. Please visit www.austpost.com.au for more details
about the Registered Post Delivery service. Obviously, this is from the date we
lodge your item with Australia Post.
International shipping from Australia will be delivered
between 3-10 business days from the date of shipping. This time is an estimate
provided by Australia Post, and pony&pressed is not responsible for any
delays to this estimated delivery time! If you need your items by a certain
date, please contact us for a quote for Express International shipping.
All of our items are shipped registered mail, meaning that
you will need to show ID and sign for the item at the post office before you
collect. This is to ensure your precious cargo doesn’t go missing on it’s way
to you!
Please note that once an item is with Australia Post,
pony&pressed is not responsible for lost or broken items. Items will not be
replaced due to mail going missing. If you would like to insure your item,
please let us know and we will quote you on this prior to ordering.
Please ensure all your shipping address details are
up-to-date to ensure your items don’t go astray! pony&pressed will not be
responsible for any items that go missing if your shipping details are
incorrect.
To prepare your item for shipping, each piece is carefully
placed in a velvet pouch and wrapped in tissue before being placed in a box and
tied nicely with a ribbon! We then bubble wrap and box all items before sending
them off, to ensure they are well protected for their journey and perfectly
presented when they arrive! If you are purchasing two items, such as a chain
and a charm, we will take the initiative and wrap them together, unless you
request otherwise UPDATE: We are currently out of stock of pouches.
Please let us know if you are purchasing multiple items and
have a specific way you’d like everything wrapped and shipped. We place great
pride in the presentation of our products so will do our best to accommodate
any reasonable request!
REFUNDS
Because our products are customised, we do not offer refunds
or exchanges if you change your mind, however of course if the product is in
any way faulty, or there is an error in the personalisation of the product, we
will exchange it for an identical item, or where an identical item is not
available, a product of similar value as agreed upon. We put our hearts into
making each piece so we want you to love it. Please let me know within 48 hours
of receipt if you have any issues.
Please carefully read the details about various aspects of
the personalisation process below so you are aware of to expect!
We take a great deal of care when creating each item and do
our best to ensure each piece reaches you in tip-top condition. We will only
send you a product that we are proud to put our name to, of the highest quality
and standard.
REPLACEMENT CHAINS
If your chain breaks for any reason within 3 months from the
purchase date [not that we’re expecting them to, of course!] We will replace it
free of charge. Please contact us on ponyandpressed@gmail.com in this instance.
You will need to post the broken chain to us at your own expense before an
identical chain (in length and style) will be provided to you. Where an
identical chain is not available, we will send you a chain of similar value as
agreed upon.
COMPETITORS
All’s fair in love and hand-stamping…however if we know that
you are a representative of one of our competitors, we reserve the right to
cancel your order with a full refund – girls have got to keep some things up
their sleeves!
